parts usable and worth using off of 1986 rx7

What parts are worth taking off of a 86 rx7 glx i belive and putting on my 83fb im planning on 13b swap coming up after winter season but curious if i can use the wheel hubs for five lug conversion and random things like that that would up grade my car as it sits already which is stock with the 12a. im sure this is posted some were but i don't really navigate forums to well.

Can't take the hubs, but doing a big-brake 4-on-108 would be easy without the newer parts. Can swap the entire front suspension and steering, I've already done it, the right way, with pics, where everyone else does it the lazy way. didn't really cost me anything extra. Can go much bigger on the brakes if you do the whole swap. Get the column and all.
