Camber and toe adjustment for rigid rear axle

Post by shifti »

Hello, not sure if this is in the right section but here goes.

So i have been searching around and trying to find out how much toe you should have on the rear axle on the first gen rx7.
I think i will go for 1 degree negative camber just to try to get the tire temperatures a little (evener) over the width of the tire when i use the car on track days.
The car will run 225 semi slicks or wider. depends on what rim width i end up using.
I have seen some go all the way up to 3 degrees but then you wear out the wheel bearings in 200 miles, so that is just to much.
Have any of you guys here ever done this?
I'm going to build a new 4 link and watt link set up on the car so i will weld on new brackets on the axle, so some rectification have to be done any way.
the car will have around 300+ whp from a 20b na.
