I believe it's aftermarket springs on the rear and coilovers on the front, but it has the FC front subframe conversion. It's very stiff at the mo, but to change up I'd need some better FC coilovers and another FB friendly set, maybe the AE86 conversion for the rear.

So I'm considering maybe a custom airlift performance setup since two sets will be putting me close to £2k anyways. There is supplier not far from me so might have a drive up at some point and get a ball park figure. My prelude is super low and its a bit stressful at times when faced with speed humps etc, but it doesnt half look good, as does the FB when sitting just right.

I've read that FB's ain't too happy when super low, how did you go about your setup James?

I have no idea about air ride, but id like to do it on my White FB, although I assume its far more expensive than a coilover set up, usually a lot more headaches too, but the results are great.

the rear can have some binding issues running low, but can be addressed. If you want some rear coilovers AVO or Gaz Mk2 escort rears with an extended upper post mount will work and is an off the shelf option.

front coilovers for FCs will be easy to find, but you'll probably have to get a full set.

I'd love a rack and pinion set up, one day...
